Hey there...sorry to leave you hanging on my vacation details.
We went because Steve has friends who were married here in AZ but wanted everyone to celebrate with them in Mexico...a place they love and wanted to share with friends. This is where the big party was at:
It was the coolest house I have ever been in...wow!
The marguaritas were killer...but no, not the reason for my broken foot
I did have the single most delicious cup of vanilla latte
I wish my broken foot came with a cool story as to how I did it, but regretfully, it's bor-ing...I just stepped off from the curb wrong, my foot rolled, that's it. It hurt but I didn't think it was broke. The next morning it hurt, and was swollen...well, it's a long story, but I did venture to a small town to see the doctor. The emergency room was a super fun experience though. They didn't speak a lick of English, but the cab driver helped us with that. A sweet woman helped Steve with my crutches, no words exchanged, she just smiled and helped him.
I went into an examining room, desk, examining table, some supplies and a REAL typewriter on the desk...wow.
The doctor asked me to write my name on a small piece of scrap paper, it had a scribble on it (that small paper is probably still sitting on that desk)
They took my x-ray, and handed it to me (no words on it)
they looked at it, cracked bone...gave me a boot
I will post a project (or two) tomorrow
xo
Just GORGEOUS pictures!!! Makes me want to really figure out how to use my camera... haha! Sorry about your foot. I hope you're up and running soon!

Wow, that is a beautiful spot!! I'm glad you got to go, Kim! So sorry about your foot though! I have a friend who did the same thing...on a curb. I'm going to be extra careful! Ha! Hope your foot feels better soon! Hugs!
