Big Boy Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of bread dough (I actually used crescent rolls in its place-it took 10 crescent rolls to fill the pan)
1 jar tartar sauce
2 lbs ground beef
1 medium sized jar of dill pickle slices
1 bag shredded lettuce
2 8 oz package finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a 13x9 inch dish, first spray with Pam. Next, spread bread (or crescent rolls) over bottom of dish and bake according to directions.
Once baked, allow to cool a bit and then spread entire jar of tartar sauce over dough.
Cook and drain ground beef. Spread cooked beef over top of the tartar sauce.
Layer pickles over the beef; cover all the beef with pickles, but do not layer pickles on top of themselves.
Layer shredded lettuce over pickles. Use about ½ - ¾ f the bag.
Cover top of lettuce with shredded cheese.
Before serving, cook in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
Graham Toffees
12-16 double Graham Crackers
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, not margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
Place crackers in jellyroll pan lined with foil. Combine butter and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil exactly 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add pecans. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into small squares. Store in covered tin.
Thanks for the chance

This is a crock pot pork chop recipe. Dredge your chops in a mixture of flour, garlic salt, dry mustard and pepper. Brown in oil and transfer to the crock pot. Add a can of chicken-rice soup and cook for 6-7 hours. Yummy and easy even though it sounds odd!

LOVE the new sets!! You rock!
I have a recipe for you. Go to the grocery store. Buy some Zataran's Crab Cake Mix (it's usually either by the canned tuna or by the boxed noodle side dishes and such). Also buy 1 lb of immitation crab meat (we can't afford REAL crab meat, but if you can I'd use that). Follow the directions on the box - mix crab meat, mix, water and mayo, form into patties and deep fry. Yummy!

Great idea! I'll be copying a few of these recipes down!
Here's mine:
Dump Cake
1 Yellow Cake Mix
2 sticks of Butter, melted
1 can Cherry Pie Filling
1 can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
In the bottom of a 9x13 pan, add the can of cherries and can of pineapple - can stir the fruits, but not necessary. On top of that mixture sprinkle the entire cake mix - DO NOT stir into the fruit, just let it sit on top. On top of the cake mix, pour melted butter (again, don't stir). Place in oven at 350 degrees for about an hour or until bubbly and brown on top. Enjoy! It's sinfull!

Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
Boil 2 quarts water - add:
1 whole chicken breast - diced, 2 stalks celery - sliced, 2 large carrots - peeled and sliced, 1/2 medium onion - chopped.
Cook until chicken is done and veggies are tender. Add about 2 quarts more water and 1 TBSP chicken base (found at Sam's Club). Bring to a boil. Add 1 1/2 pkgs bowtie pasta. Cook until pasta is done. Stir in 2 cans cream of chicken soup.
Super easy and yummy! (Not to mention quick - it takes about 45 minutes start to finish!)

Great stamps Kim!
Here's a really quick and easy recipe that even my kids love for our version of "Skyline" chili that we call "Cincinnati Chili"
Ingredients
Spaghetti
One can of Chili with Ground Beef
Shredded Chedder Cheese
Cook your Spaghetti and drain it, then top it with the can of Chili and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
See, I told you it was quick and easy. You can also add chopped onion if you want to make it "fancy". LOL.

"Schwetty Balls" (pardon the name...it refers to an old SNL skit that just 'kills' our family.)
8-oz. cream cheese, softened.
1 package Oreo cookies
chocolate chips - 12 oz bag (any brand)
1. Put the cookies a few at a time into a blender or food processor and blend/process until they are fine crumbs.
2. Mix with the cream cheese. Chill.
3. Melt the chocolate chips.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and make into small balls.
5. Dip into the melted chocolate.
6. Place in the fridge to set.
Enjoy! You can substitute the package of Oreos with Nutter Butters for a peanut butter filling.
These cookies are simple and quite delicious! They are present at every family function.
Oh, I hope I win. I love this set!!!

my 'famous cookie bars'
*1 box cake mix, yellow or chocolate (2 layer size)
*1/4 c. brown sugar
*1/2 c. vegetable oil
*1 egg
*2 c. chocolate chips
mix all ingredients well. spread into a glass 9X13 pan (or a bit smaller-makes the cookie bars thicker and chewier!!). bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, watch for golden brown color (yellow cake mix). when cookies appear finished, turn oven off and let sit in the oven for about 10 minutes. watch for burning.
cool, cut and dig in!
these are the easiest and fastest cookie bars, always requested by friends and family.
think how cute the new stamps would look on a recipe card for these... thanks for the great giveaway!! (and stamps too!! :)

My daughter's favorite is my Corned Beef and Cabbage. I put the brisket in a crockpot with sliced potato's & small carrots on low for 8 hours. About 1/2 way through (4 hrs.) I tear up a head of cabbage and throw it in with the rest of the meal.

here's mine BBQ Pork and White Rice
Ingredients:
Minute Rice
Thin cut boneless pork chops
BBQ Sauce
Grill or bake pork chops until they are fully cooked. We grill ours on a George Foreman because it's fast and super easy. Prepare white rice according to package directions for how much you need. Then cut up the pork chops into small pieces and put in a skillet. Add BBQ sauce to the skillet and stir frequently. When pork pieces are covered with BBQ sauce and sauce is heated, remove from heat. Scoop rice onto plate. Pour BBQ pork over rice and eat!!
See, easy right?? My kids love it, my fiance loves it, and I love it.
Happy Release Day!!
