Title: Falling For You
This card used the Fall Silhouette Collection along with Houndstooth and Polka Dot Backgrounder stamps from Cornish Heritage Farms
*Tip When applying a backgrounder as a base of a card or covering a large area, apply ink to the stamp and lie flat on your table with the ink facing up. Place your card on top and run your hand around the entire surface of the stamp and lift when you think you have covered the whole area. This could get messy for your fingers if there is ink showing, so be prepared to get dirty!*
Title: You're A Hoot
I used the Pretty Birds Collection which has the sentiment, branch and owl. The owl is stamped and then cut out and placed on the branch. I used a reverse dot backgrounder for the pattern
*Tip Stamp a backgrounder onto texturted card stock for a whole new look...use tip above to apply to a large surface*
Title: I have no idea of what to call this. :)
I just wanted t play with the Cutie Petootie Collection, so this isn't a card or anything, I just mated it into Bazzill scalloped card stock. They are all stamped with different colored inks and tghen colored in with colored pencils by Around The Block
*Tip To add shadows, pick a place where light would be and them shadow anything that would not be shined upon. I like to pick the top left corner to have my imaginary light source*
Title: Sweetie Pie
I used the Let's Get Stuffed Collection and colored in the pie with colored pencils from Around The Block. The pattern was made with a polka dot Backgrounder once again. I havd wrote the sentiment wish colored pencils. It can be replaced with a label maker or the card base can be run through the computer first.
*Tip I punched a circle from the patterned paper and added the stamp underneath on the base of the card. You can do it in reverse and stamp the image, punch a circle around it and place it onto the patterned paper. This would help if the punch doesn't reach where you want it to...just make sure you use the same color as the base*
Have a creative, colorful day!
